Do not go to Cody, Wyoming. Do not go there if you’re looking for a vibrant nightlife. Don’t go there if you’re wanting trendy clubs, haute cuisine, noise and bustle. Don’t go there if you need street noise to fall asleep. Do not go to Cody if you don’t like winter, and cold, and snow. Do not go there if you’re afraid of guns. And if you think that ranching should be abolished and hunting is evil, definitely do not go to Cody, Wyoming. But if you like wide, open spaces, then Cody, Wyoming, could just be a place that you want to check out. If you like quiet nights, peaceful mornings, and the sound of the wind blowing through prairie grass, you might enjoy Cody. If you think that long, cold winters are great cuz they keep the "soft people" away, then I’m pretty sure Cody is the place for you. And if you love the sight of the sun setting behind the mountains while the sky blazes with reds and violets and blues that you're sure couldn't possibly exist, then do go to Cody. And if you enjoy sitting around a fire with a handful of close friends while the night settles in and the sound of howling coyotes echoes through the hills, then Cody is exactly the place you need to go.
