Walla Walla Wallet (Hand-tooled)
About 160 miles south of Spokane, on the eastern edge of the Columbia River Valley, lies the city of Walla Walla. You can get there on 2-lane highways that snake out through the through the deserts, and farms, and vineyards, and orchards of Eastern Washington. Not that there’s a lot to see when you arrive. A couple of colleges, a park, a museum, several wineries. Of course, its real fame comes from Looney Tunes. Wile E. Coyote. Daffy Duck. The Acme Rocket Company, the ACME Magnet Company, the ACME Catapult Company, the ACME Anvil Company, and so many more. All located in the alliterative town of Walla Walla, Washington. I went there once to visit an old friend I’d known from my undergrad days at the University of Idaho. I had fun while I was there; still, I never saw the infamous ACME Corporation.
The Hand-Tooled Walla Walla Wallet. Just like our plain Walla Walla Wallet, but beautifully tooled all over by hand. A compact tri-fold wallet that’s still big enough to carry whatever you might need. One large pocket for folding money. Six card slots hold up to 12 cards. Handsome design all around. Not made by the ACME Company. Disappointing, I know, but probably for the best.
